Ocean View Towers, a 15-storey residential landmark, faced critical challenges including severe concrete spalling and widespread membrane failure across ocean-facing balconies. The Body Corporate required a solution that addressed immediate safety risks while ensuring long-term asset protection.

Buildcheck delivered a full-spectrum solution—from forensic rope-access investigation and carbonation testing to the design of a robust remediation specification. Acting as Superintendent, we managed the commercial tender and construction contract (AS4000), ensuring the complex works were delivered on time and strictly to the engineering design.
